The SCHIEBEL company has been developing and producing actuators for almost 50 years. Dipl. Ing. Hans Schiebel recognised the potential of the small firm and purchased it in 1958. His subsequent vision led to the company's first blossoming and success.

Family structures and the consistent development of existing products helped secure the objectives, image and consequently the company’s good reputation that Dipl. Ing. Schiebel had envisaged and built up over four decades. Traditional values and technical innovations do not stand in opposition at the company but complement each other in a useful way.

Managing Director Klaus Schiebel has been in charge of the business for almost ten years and is continuing the tradition of his parents, Gertraud und Dipl. Ing. Hans Schiebel: ”Thin structures have today given us the flexibility to be able to adapt more quickly and more efficiently to customer requirements.
